Tokyo Ghoul :re Part 2 Opening Review
We're back at it again with the first episode of the second part of the Tokyo Ghoul :re Anime, which so far, has given few disappointments overall. Except that the first episode was a bit rushed but we are not here to talk about that now, right?
The opening was probably the thing I was most looking forward to for.
MUSIC
The song itself sound amazing. I haven't looked into the Lyrics yet but will soon enough and will write a review on those as well, but the voice of TK really is at its best in this song. Background work fits wonderfully as well.
VISUALS
Those, those could have been a lot better. Not much was shown in the opening as far as characters go, not even the most key ones. Only the old Anteiku team was featured for whatever reason, with no exceptions but for Rize. Still the visuals are amazing. I'm not a fan of the last shot on the latest version of Kaneki but overall the mood of the song is, not as good as Unravel, but very well done and animated.
Overall a great Opening, that I might put up against Unravel, because it's just as good.
